Our Work Process
- Receive component geometry and process flow from the client.
- Develop a customized jig/tool design using 3D CAD.
- Manufacture parts with tight tolerances using CNC/VMC.
- Assemble, test, and fine-tune jig/tool functionality.
- Final trial run with the client’s parts before delivery.
Our team develops concept sketches, validates structural strength, manufactures the jig/tool, and conducts alignment checks before shipping to ensure operational reliability.
